Remit a deposit of $75 usd for either license or $90 usd for both to begin the application process. If for any reason it is determined that we can not agree on an appointment date this fee will be refunded. We will work with you to collect required information which must be submitted at least 4 days prior to your appointment. The remaining fee will be collected in IDR on the day of your appointment
